Peter Pike is the president of PikeNet, publisher of the PikeNet Dispatch, which is e-mailed twice a week to over 9,000 commercial real estate professionals. The PikeNet Dispatch comments on business trends, marketing strategies and technology tools for commercial real estate professionals.

Pike speaks at conferences and presents seminars. Past engagements have included presentations to companies -- like Colliers, CRESA, GE Real Estate, NAI, ONCOR, Staubach, TCN Worldwide -- and trade associations -- like AIRE, BOMA, CBA, CCIM, CREW Network, IREM, ICSC, NACORE, NAIOP, NCREIF, and NHMC.

Previous to the establishment of PikeNet in January 1996, Pike was the managing principal of Colliers International in San Francisco, a corporate real estate services firm. Pike was active as a broker and a consultant for over twenty years in San Francisco. Prior to this, he worked for an international real estate investment firm in Europe.

A life long resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, Pike received B.A. and M.C.P. degrees from U.C. Berkeley and served two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras.
