REALTrac™ Online Turbo Charges NAI Members

Bonding with Your Clients... Two NAI members raved to me recently about REALTrac™ Online, NAI's collaboration system for its members and clients. Here's Gary Swedback with NAI Mexico in San Diego. "REALTrac™ Online allows us to manage multi-market projects with clients who have projects in Mexico, attorneys in Chicago, real estate managers traveling in Asia, and headquarters in London." And here's Mark Lloyd of NAI H. S. Turner in Jacksonville, FL. "My firm has been using REALTrac™ Online to manage commercial property transactions for over eight months. Our clients love the real-time feedback. They are becoming comfortable enough with the system to put down the telephone and communicate their wishes on-line."

Last week Finn Johnson, Vice President of eBusiness at NAI, walked me through an impressive demonstration of REALTrac™ Online, which is currently used by over a hundred NAI corporate clients to manage thousands of transactions. These clients can look at task lists, generate reports, post documents, send e-mail alerts and collaborate with NAI members around the world. And REALTrac™ Online expands its functionality by integrating with services like AnySite (demographics), LoopNet (listings), Reis (market research) and VirtualPremise (lease administration). The latest version of REALTrac™ Online can even pull data directly off a corporate client's server and integrate it directly into REALTrac™ Online.

But, as I always say, it's all about people, and NAI has fought the education battle for many years. So today roughly half of NAI's 3,400 agents worldwide are conversant with REALTrac™ Online. Jeff Finn, President and COO of NAI comments, "What is most exciting now ... is the wave of adoption. After pushing hard for such a long time, we are now being pulled by ... innovative agents who are finding new applications for our platform daily."
