| Do You Need a Coach? | |||||||||||||
Naturally, I thought of Lombardi last week when I read about personal coaching going mainstream. "As people seek better lives for themselves, either personally, professionally, or both, they're more likely to find outside help to get them there: a professional coach." (Are You Being Coached?, Fast Company, Feb 2005) But what exactly is coaching? "Many coaches say that their profession is best understood by what it's not. It's not a substitute for therapy. And it's not business strategy. Don't expect great epiphanies on a silver platter. Coaches say it's the clients who do the heavy lifting." (Fast Company) So can someone define real estate coaching? What makes a great coach? What makes a great coachee? Blast away. I'll report more in a future Dispatch. Spread the Word... Many thanks to Equity Office for announcing their new broker bonus program in this week's Dispatch.
