2. New and Notable. BT Commercial covers the San Francisco Bay Area from Monterey to Sacramento. RealtyTrac provides a superb foreclosure tracking service. Office Finder offers some neat analytical tools for tenant rep brokers. An incredible site is MapQuest which produces maps and routing directions on the fly. Switchboard contains 90 millions individuals and businesses in an online "white pages." Find these sites using Text Search ("BT" "*Trac" "Finder" "MapQuest" "Switch*").

3. Changes at PikeNet. We’ve added clocks from around the world to the Select Country screen (Search by Category/Select Country). It adds slightly to the downloading time but looks great. Is it helpful to know the local time in different cities? 4. New Ratings. We’ve recently re-visited a number of sites and revised several ratings. There are now three 5-star brokerage sites—CB Commercial, Colliers Arnold and Marcus & Millichap. Que Martyn’s National Real Estate Exchange Network site is rated 4-stars.
