The Grubb & Ellis office in Detroit is online as part of the Commercial Real Estate Web (CREW) which features a commercial listing service, conferences and industry news for the state of Michigan. RentRight is a new property management software application for residential income property owners. The Commercial Title Group provides services in Virginia, Delaware and the District of Columbia.

SITE LOCATION Shelley Cadamy of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, which maintains a strong web site, and Alan Neel, president of Tennessee's Resource Valley, which promotes Eastern Tennessee and Knoxville, have both written recently seeking ways to publicize their sites to real estate professionals who deal in site location. In response, I've created the Area Information/Economic Development category. So if you're seeking information on relocating a facility, make sure that you check this category. And soon I'll add another category, Corporate Real Estate, which is where I will put real estate departments that are online, some of whom may be seeking to relocate a facility. 5. WEB SUCCESS. Jim Struble, an SIOR broker with the Joe Foster Company in Dallas, uses NAREIT's search engine to find REITs specializing in particular properties. You can search NAREIT's database using a variety of criteria, including location, property type and even market capitalization.
