Office Space Online, the Seattle and Denver listing service, distributes an Excel spreadsheet, as an e-mail attachment, containing all new spaces added to its Seattle database in the last seven days. Although this information is posted at the web site, weekly e-mail is a convenient way to "push" updated information to brokers and tenants.

2. NET VALUE. CREM, Commercial Real Estate Online, has recently added Demographic Profiles to its listing service. For a limited time, you can order a demographic report for free (soon $19.95). After submitting an order, you can pick it up after a "three hour waiting period." Each report contains 1, 3 and 5-mile radius information on population, housing and income. You can print and save the report as part of a marketing package.

3. NEW AND NOTABLE. The Fults Companies, based in Dallas, provide commercial real estate services for corporate clients and institutional investors. The World Financial Center in New York City is now online with a site highlighting its retail and public spaces. America's Note Network aims to create a secondary market for real estate notes and other cash flows. Atrium Real Estate Services provides appraisal and litigation support services in Austin, Texas.

The Real Estate Research Institute (RERI) promotes research on real estate investment performance to promote better decision making and highlights its annual seminar in Chicago, April 10-11. REIC, the Real Estate Institute of Canada, is devoted to education and certification of real estate professionals in Canada. The Moscow Real Estate Guide is a valuable information clearinghouse and commercial directory for Moscow, and soon St. Petersburg, Russia. Jorden Salata Graham, chartered surveyors, offer investment, management and rent review advice across England from London.
