| "How Do I Build
Traffic?" ... |
||
1. "How Do I Build Traffic?" Frequently Im asked how to boost traffic to a corporate web site. For example: "How will a person needing industrial space in Texas find my property?" Time out. Its highly unlikely that youll be successful landing customers from a cold search of the web; just as you wouldnt expect a yellow page ad to produce a tenant. The vast majority of your traffic should come from your EXISTING customers and clients. So what will cause these folks to re-visit your web site? A new market survey? An online e-mail or phone directory? Accessing your corporate extranet to find out the status of assignments? Responding to your companys newsletter? Answering these questions is the real key to increasing your traffic. 2. Web News. Boston Properties is a REIT specializing in office properties with major investments in Boston, Midtown New York City, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. CBA (Commercial Brokers Association) is a member-owned cooperative providing commercial multiple listing services for the Seattle metro. . The Horizon Real Estate Group provides brokerage and management services in Phoenix, AZ. The Townsend Center at 650 Townsend and the San Francisco Multimedia Center are both located in San Franciscos "Multimedia Gulch." U.S. RealTel, Inc. manages cellular and other antennas for landlords seeking to increase revenues nationwide. 3. Question Board Posts Seek Answers. Launched last week, the Question Board already contains half a dozen messages. Youll find questions on energy management systems, digital towers, European demographic information and Los Angeles traffic counts. Respond by posting a related message; scroll down to the bottom of the screen, enter text in the box, and click the "Post My Message" button. Or click the name of the poster and then "Send e-mail" to send a response privately.
