10-Ks Offer Real Estate Insight... Stephen Schragger of KBA LeaseServices in Woodbridge, NJ, likes EDGAR for looking up looking up real estate information on 10-Ks. According to Schragger, "Most, not all, 10-K's will have a good indication of the number and locations of leases, which is the information I'm targeting, as well as their rent obligations." ... EdgarScan -- PWC's Valuable Tool... Paul Saint Pierre in San Francisco likes PriceWaterhouseCoopers' EdgarScan (TM). This is a really interesting demonstration of how a service provider can add value to raw data. For example, you can enter a stock symbol, say GBE for Grubb & Ellis, and, using the Benchmarking Assistant, produce a number of graphs from SEC filing data...
